Don't use tungsten lump. it's too hot. I use 40w fluorescent light always. Left images are example of set of tools.(minolta dimage 7 HI)(nikkor af 70-300mm junk)Please make film holder and shut out light except film area. Various size tube help your work.
Aperture is from f4 to f6.7. let's try Shutter speed as you like. Auto expose will do. Under film holder, put large white plate and under that, put large size magnifying lens between white plate and flouorecent light.
