Digital camera for Negative film scanning

This negative image was taken by compact digital camera(Canon IXY 900 IS)
　Close up lens and light source are indispensable.　It is important technique how to minimize a chromatic aberration.
　Magnifying glass for common using isn't suit for negative scanning.
So I use camera lens upside down (nikkor AF 50mm f1.8 ).This lens sells for cheap price.
Tele zoom 70-300mm can be used. IF the top lens can be removed, you can use it as a high performance close up lens. I recommend you to get and use junk one.
White balance is important too. I set tungsten bulb. Because negative film is covered with orange filter.

An amount of information is diminishing everyday, because news become cliche refrain. I can't make distinguish Fox from NBC. Monotonous refrain is just as if sutra. Capacty is limited. No problem,so it is. I have only 128MB in my brain. Simple is good for me . Anything is classificated into junk or not. Most of news are junk. NO PROBLEM

　哲学はついに哲学それ自体無意味であることを発見した。つまり哲学は自殺してしまったのだ。哲学の目的が真理の探求にあるのなら、いくら勉強しても無駄なのだ。
　哲学よりも偏見を持ちたいものだ。盲信的な偏見だけが真理ヘ通じる道なのだ。

Philosophy has revealed itself nonsense after all. Philosophy suicide itself. If a purpose of pilosophy is the search for truth, it's nothing. I recomend you to have a blind belief or prejudice. These are the only way to the truth. I am NOT ECCENTRIC.

フランス ギャル france gall

　フランスギャルの曲は、フランス語はまったく解らないので、本家フランス語版はほとんど聴いてはいませんが、Youtubeにドイツ語バージョンが出ているので語学学習で聴く事が日課のようになってしまいました。実にたわいもない曲を面白がって聴いてたものだと（ドイツでは大変なうけ方だったそうです。）改めて驚きます。(日本では、「夢見るシャンソン人形」でご存知の方も多いかと思います。）
　元々アイドル歌謡にはあまり興味はありませんが、この手の物がすでに、４０年以上もたっている事には、驚きを禁じえません。
　アイドル歌謡がもう歴史的考証を必要とする問題になりつつあるわけです。

For learing Germany, how about france gall? She is not nativ speaker. but her songs are enjoyable. To study Germany, I listen to her Germany songs every day in the Youtube.
　To tell the truth, An idle popular music is No my taste . But I'm wonder why these music had been already listened to 40 years ago. However Now , it's not era of idle popular song. I think so.

　契約のさい、担保にさしだす物に関する表現にはさまざまあるが、実にわかりにくい。（質権、抵当、担保、証文等）。
　英語となるともう訳がわからない。mortgage security bailment hypothec collateral pledge lien ......
しかもどの単語も多義的だ。 そのなかでも　pledge は実にさまざまに使われています。
マルセル　モースによると、ゲルマン部族は契約に抵当は不可欠な条件なのだそうだ。前契約段階では、贈与と抵当は実にそっくりだ。
　pledge は普通誓いを立てる時に使うそうだが、誓う事と担保を差し出す事が同じ言葉と言うのも面白い。　(日本の法律用語上では「抵当」と言えば、不動産に設定される担保をさします。）

How many terms are there about security interest!
Marcel Mauss thought that security interest was just as if gift too. Germanic tribe would need always security interest in any contract. Vowing something and offering possesory security are expressed by same word. It is
interesting.

日本人にはあまり馴染みが無いかもしれませんが、英米法の重要な考え方に、約因（considerration)の法理と言う概念があります。
　その有名な適用判例の一つに、嫁の側からの持参金つき婚姻予約はconsiderration にあたると言う裁判例があります。くわしい事は不明ですが、はやい話、「娘を貰ってくれたら１０万ドルやる。誰かよい男は居らんか」みたいな事です。この時１０万ドルと婚姻の間の対価性を、約因　considerration と言います。(もちろんこの例は商品等の売買とは違います。男を１０万ドルで買っているわけではありません。）
約束は守りなさいと言う時、この約因がある事が欠かせないとされます。また約因があれば口約束でも法的拘束力を持つ事になります。
　一方この１０万ドルは法律上は贈与にはあたりません。贈与それ自体には約因がないので約束を守らせる強制性がありません。
　ところで、マルセル　モースの贈与論の最後のほうで（有名なポトラッチやクラ交換だけでなく）ゲルマン部族の法について論じられています。（現代の英米法もゲルマン部族の慣習法の痕跡が残っているとされています。ちなみに現代ドイツ法は断絶しているそうです。）
　それによれば人を拘束する契約も、霊的な力を持った物の贈与に起源を持つとの事であり、ドイツ語のGiftが贈り物であると同時に毒を意味する民間伝承を，例として挙げています。
　日本の法律では、契約は当事者の意思の一致で成立するとされていますが、意思の一致が成立すること自体の条件は自明ではありません。それでも建前では、自分で決めた事だから、約束は守りなさいと言う訳だ。しかし主体の自由意志を契約行為の第一原因と考えるのは、ちょっと無理です。（就業の際の雇用契約など、自分で決めた訳でもないことに、さんざん振り回される事が多い事だと思います）
　それに比べて約因という概念は、契約の原因は不問ですから、魔術的贈与の効果として成立した契約でも構わない事になります。（とはいえ賄賂の贈与の効果で契約を結べば違法です）

　　マルセル　モースの贈与論が、筑摩から出ていたので購入しました。それにしても９．１１（アメリカ同時多発テロ）以後、ほとんど本を読まない買わない状態が続いていましたので、これを機会に読書の再出発と行きたいところです。　　
　新古典派経済学の想定した労働価値説的功利主義的主体では、説明のつかない事で人々が動いているという事実について、ありふれてはいるがあまり論じられる事のないテーマのひとつが、「贈与」という問題であろう。（かって栗本慎一郎氏の得意ジャンルだった。）「贈与」は、「格差」よりも重要なテーマなのだ。　　　
　社会を形成する原動力を「贈与」に象徴されたtotal social fact に見る視点は現代文明のダイナミックスの根底を探る上でもヒントになるかも知れません。（日本人のブランド崇拝と贈答文化なんかは面白い考察対象かもしれません。ちなみに本書では、いわゆる未開人の習俗だけでなく、著作権や近代の社会主義的な政策の贈与論的根拠も若干考察されています。ところで、本論よりも注釈の方が分量が多いので、注釈の方は飛ばして後で暇つぶしに読もうかな。）

　An important notion in Mauss' conceptualisation of gift exchange is "inalienability". In a commodity economy there is a strong distinction between objects and persons through the notion of private property. Objects are sold, meaning that the ownership rights are fully transferred to the new owner. The object has thereby become "alienated" from its original owner. In a gift economy, however, the objects that are given are inalienated from the givers; they are "loaned rather than sold and ceded". It is the fact that the identity of the giver is invariably bound up with the object given that causes the gift to have a power which compels the recipient to reciprocate. Because gifts are inalienable they must be returned; the act of giving creates a gift-debt that has to be repaid. Gift exchange therefore leads to a mutual interdependence between giver and receiver. According to Mauss, the "free" gift that is not returned is a contradiction because it cannot create social ties. Following the Durkheimian quest for understanding social cohesion through the concept of soridarity, Mauss's argument is that solidarity is achieved through the social bonds created by gift exchange.　　（extraction from wikipedia)
