Tax Office

Every year,in this time, I must make a income report on business and file it for
paying government tax.
Going to the tax office can be dispensed with,but I go there to see how the tax office comer to be.
Outstanding changes happen recently(this 10years).Foreign filler increase now. It seemed that the tax office worker can't discern my nationality. Filler has not to certificate his own nationality.So there is no problem.Times have changed.
By the way, substantial nationality is not so easy to judge. A legal procedure on nationality is not always substantial. It is only a document for certification.There is a troublesome in Nationality decision.

Inside Racism

It is easy for people in modernized society to censure direct racism or naive discrimination. Sometime it means "sponge off"or”political threat".
Recently Japanese universities often make an essay examination from "Hannah Arendt". What does it mean?
I was surprised by her insight. and I came to be convinced as follows," The worst racism is to be done by the same race each other."and"urban, individualism, atomic and anonymous people caused FASCISM.
Japan has went through militarism.but it was far different from German fascism . There were no individualism in Japan at that time.
Conventional Asian farmers didn't think themselves supreme race at all.
What was such a racism? It was illusion of "pure race,Aryan".
Pure oriented person must eliminate impurities. therefor his sinister look is directed at impurities in the same race rather than other race. In fact,modern Japanese have these preconditions without EAST ASIAN.
Recently the term"Genetic pollution" is often used in Japan. Some biologists say "As for Genetic Pollution, I associate Nazism." It sounds like biological purism. Nazi racism is the very biological purism.

No matter what your specialty is, you can use it to get by.

Japanese proverb say"If you have a skill,It will help your livelihood"
Commonly, It is used for recommending someone to acquire a skill.
BUT REAL MEANING is different a little.
He has the misfortune to use his own specialty.（芸が身を助ける程の不幸せ）
Some sort of person use own arts in the corner or dead end.
This proverb source is "senryu　川柳 "a humorous poem in Edo era.（precisely,it was a solo reciting poem"dokugin 独吟 Kinka ou ryushi 錦花翁隆志")

Human Relations always become complicated.

There is no more unpleasant behavior than pining a label on a person. Nobody can select their own favorite one by themselves. and We can't cast off a social role which such a label made to ourselves.
So everybody often wants to deconstruct a social relationship.I assume
I have gone through strange racial trouble in family. It was caused by the racial labels on me. I assume others (Japanese or German,possibly British female)pined complicated labels on me,and they were characterized by race and sexuality.

Linguistic Education

Had it not been for English in subjects of a entrance examination,I would not have learned English.(This sentence is just like a examination English in Japan.”Juken Eigo 受験英語”)
Linguistic education is for passing an entrance examination in Japan. So English learner isn't always interested in using it actually there. Strange to say, unique language for only examination exists in Japan.
　Commonly, students learn unwillingly a foreign language,and doesn't acquire the skill at all. It is only a useless troublesome for many students.
　On the other hand, debates about English education are popular. and many English educators make noise as follows" Japanese must study to speak."Although English is needless to live everyday life in Japan, they threat as if Japanese language will disappear. Off course, these debates are being done in JAPANESE,NOT ENGLISH.

Stupid Wall

The book"Super Stupid Wall(バカの壁）”is an amazing bestseller in Japan(2003). Language communication is often blocked because of this stupid wall. A man makes walls like this for himself.
The writer is an anatomist(Dr Takeshi Yoro).He is one of persons who I respect.

This book was written about Japanese society at that time, but now full of stupid walls stand all over the world. I feel depressed.
