Obviously ,Mortgage crisis is caused by national policy. Sub prime mortgage crisis was caused by Clinton's having house policy for poverties. Not Bush. Bush didn't do anything. He has No Ability of economic politics like president Hoover. Excellent people often fall into self made TRAP.
Now I worry about going up of a long-term rate in the world.
